How we report
SpatialXRJournal is an independent editorial publication. Our credibility is the only product we have. These are the standards we hold ourselves to.
Fact checking
Every news and analysis story is reviewed by a second editor before publication. Statistical claims are verified against primary sources. Quotes are confirmed with sources prior to publication.
Sources
We prefer named, on-record sources. Anonymous sources are used only when necessary to report on matters of public interest and when their identity has been verified by our editors.
Corrections
Significant errors are corrected promptly with a visible correction notice on the affected article. Minor typographical fixes are made silently. Retractions, when necessary, remain visible at the original URL.
AI disclosure
We disclose any meaningful use of AI assistance in research, drafting or editing. AI is never used to generate quotes attributed to real people, fabricate data, or replace primary reporting.
Research standards
Research reports describe methodology, sample size and limitations. Underlying data is shared with peer reviewers prior to publication. Funded research is clearly disclosed.
